This Policy constitutes a binding agreement between the customer ("Customer") and Alcan Tactical ("Dealer") governing all firearms and NFA items received, stored, or transferred by Dealer on behalf of Customer.
By shipping, delivering, or causing any firearm or NFA item to be delivered to Dealer, Customer expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.
No firearm or NFA item should be shipped to Dealer without prior approval and transfer instructions.
Dealer may refuse, return, or reject any shipment that arrives without prior coordination, at Customer's sole expense.
Shipment or delivery of any firearm or NFA item to Dealer constitutes acceptance of this Policy in full.
Dealer acts solely as a federally licensed firearms dealer facilitating transfer and temporary custody of Customer's property.
Possession of any firearm or NFA item by Dealer does not transfer ownership. Title remains with Customer or lawful owner until legally transferred.
Dealer will make reasonable efforts to notify Customer that the firearm or NFA item has arrived and is available for transfer.
Notification methods may include phone, text message, email, or written correspondence using contact information provided by Customer.
Customer is solely responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
Dealer's obligation to notify is satisfied upon reasonable attempt, regardless of whether Customer receives such notice.
All transfers are subject to compliance with federal, state, and local law, including successful completion of ATF Form 4473 and approval of required background checks (NICS/TICS).
Dealer has no authority to transfer any firearm or NFA item until all legal requirements are satisfied.
If Customer is denied, delayed indefinitely, or otherwise unable to lawfully take possession, Customer is responsible for return shipping and all associated costs.
Customer agrees Dealer provides temporary storage solely as an accommodation incidental to transfer services.
Storage is free for the first thirty (30) calendar days following notification of arrival.
Beginning on day thirty-one (31), storage fees shall automatically accrue as follows:
Any partial month shall be billed as a full month.
Storage fees are continuous and accrue until the firearm or NFA item is transferred, returned, or lawfully disposed of.
All storage fees must be paid in full prior to release, transfer, or shipment.
Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs associated with storage, handling, return, or disposition, including but not limited to:
Dealer may require advance payment prior to providing any service involving the firearm or NFA item.
If a firearm is returned to the originating FFL, distributor, manufacturer, or seller:
Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all storage fees, administrative fees, and related charges under this Policy are:
Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with any financial institution for any fees properly assessed under this Policy.
In the event a chargeback, reversal, or dispute is initiated, Customer agrees that:
Customer further agrees that submission of payment information constitutes acceptance of this Policy and authorization for Dealer to retain payment for services rendered.
Dealer will make reasonable efforts to contact Customer regarding unclaimed firearms or NFA items.
If an item remains unclaimed for more than one hundred eighty (180) days after notification of arrival, Dealer may classify the item as abandoned.
Upon abandonment classification, Dealer may pursue any lawful remedy under applicable federal and Tennessee law, including return to sender, lawful disposition, or other permitted actions.
Customer remains responsible for all accrued storage and administrative fees regardless of disposition.
Dealer shall exercise reasonable care in storage and handling.
Dealer is not liable for delays or loss caused by carriers, government agencies, or events beyond reasonable control.
Dealer's liability, if any, is limited to the fair market value of the item at the time of loss.
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Dealer regarding firearm transfer, storage, and handling.
Dealer may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at time of shipment or delivery governs.
By shipping or delivering a firearm or NFA item to Alcan Tactical, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
